  5. I actually never knew you should eat 5-6 small meals everyday instead of 3 large meals. Well, I guess that makes sense, too. :) You never know you learn something everyday! I'm so supportive of being healthy by doing all the above, yet I'm too lazy, haha! My Biio teacher is inspiring- he's the perfect example for #6 of jogging and walking. He takes jogs every morning at 5 in the morning and he's almost 60 now! So impressive and motivating. :) xx

    1. A lot of people have that perception, they think it's better to eat less times a day, or one times a day, but they don't know that they're wrecking their metabolism that way and will cause them to over eat. I'm so glad that you're inspired to take care of yourself, it's always good to take care of our body. :) And wow, I admire elderly who still exercise and take good care of their body, it's really amazing! :)

  6. Another thing that i'd like to add is if you're trying to lose weight and/or build muscle, try cutting bread out of your diet and switch to healthier carbs, like rice. My coach told me to try that out and it's worked out pretty well for me.

    1. I agree with that! I studied a nutrition paper at university, brown rice is a better alternative since bread or even whole wheat bread have flour and sugar and rice has none. :)
